What a day of healthy life looks like?
- 1 session of sport activity each day (it can be 20 minutes of walk, or 1 hour of gym, or 2 hours of yoga. It doesn't matter what you do, but the simple fact that - you do that!)
- 2 hours of no TV and no phone before bed (it's a crucial part, don't steal the quality of your sleep! Just turn it off and get a peaceful night without all this social media crap!)
- 3 meals per day (stop snacking!)
- 4 breaks for some stretching and relaxing (just stop for a while, breathe, dream, fool around, feel the joy)
- 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
- 6 minutes of meditation
- 7 glasses of water (no coke, no coffee, no soups, 7 glasses of pure water)
- 8 hours of sleep (at least!)
- 9 thousand of steps daily (start moving - start living)
Follow these simple rules and you will get surprised how happy and healthy you become even after 1 single week!
