Episode 5: Know your health numbers. Part 1

  • to steal - украсть
  • a crap - ерунда, чепуха
  • a snack - перекус
  • to fool around - дурачиться
  • to become - становиться
What a day of healthy life looks like?

  • 1 session of sport activity each day (it can be 20 minutes of walk, or 1 hour of gym, or 2 hours of yoga. It doesn't matter what you do, but the simple fact that - you do that!)

  • 2 hours of no TV and no phone before bed (it's a crucial part, don't steal the quality of your sleep! Just turn it off and get a peaceful night without all this social media crap!)

  • 3 meals per day (stop snacking!)

  • 4 breaks for some stretching and relaxing (just stop for a while, breathe, dream, fool around, feel the joy)

  • 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day

  • 6 minutes of meditation

  • 7 glasses of water (no coke, no coffee, no soups, 7 glasses of pure water)

  • 8 hours of sleep (at least!)

  • 9 thousand of steps daily (start moving - start living)

Follow these simple rules and you will get surprised how happy and healthy you become even after 1 single week!
